A Journey of Art, Connection, and Self-Discovery
As a co-founder, organizer, and participating artist in the recent "What A Wonderful World 2025" art exhibition, I am filled with gratitude for the unforgettable experiences and lessons gained throughout this incredible event. Held from January 15th to 20th at the Visual Arts Centre, in conjunction with Singapore Art Week 2025, the exhibition celebrated the beauty and wonder that still exist in our world amidst challenges.

Featuring a diverse range of artworks by 49 talented Singapore-based artists, the exhibition invited visitors to rediscover the magic in the ordinary and explore the simple joys of life through artistic expression. One of the highlights was the "Harmonic Horizons" performance on the 17th and 18th, featuring mesmerizing soundscapes by International Award-Winning Electone Artist Joshua Royston Sim. As the host and narrator for the events, I felt immense joy curating this experience as part of Home With Art, bringing mindfulness to the arts exhibition, and offering solace to counter today's hustle culture.

Developing my emceeing skills further during these events was a rewarding challenge. This experience led to a newfound confidence and recognition of the joy of connecting with people during the sessions. Almost feeling like a transformed person when the camera started, I found a warmth lighting up inside me, compelling me to serve and connect with the audience, bringing out the authenticity of the moment. It had nothing to do with wanting to present myself well, but rather focusing on how I could bring out the best in others or the event itself. I am eager to see what opportunities this new adventure in emceeing will bring and welcome any connections for creative arts, mental wellness, and female empowerment-related events (feel free to drop me a message!).

My journey as an artist also took flight, as I exhibited two pieces from my Phoenix x Chakra-inspired abstract collection. As an artist who creates colourful visual mantra, each piece is accompanied by a mantra that serves to uplift and inspire love and compassion in viewers. I was able to share my artistic vision and connect with others through my creations, which was truly heartwarming.

Each piece comes with its accompanying mantra that serves to uplift and inspire love and compassion in the viewers.
1. Ashes To Light III, 2024
Solar Plexus Chakra

𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖: I AM UNSTOPPABLE
2. Ashes To Light IV, 2024
Throat Chakra

𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖: I SPEAK MY TRUTH WITH LOVE
The beauty of this collection is that all the pieces are connected. I have currently created 4 pieces (3 chakras). The whole vision is to have the entire chakras lined up in a rainbow of colours - signifying alignment of mind, body and soul. I have another 4 chakras to go and can't wait to work on them in the coming days.
Sharing my two works (both of the heart chakra), which was recently exhibited at the National Art Center Tokyo.

4. 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜𝗜, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

As I look back on this experience, I feel immense gratitude for the personal growth and connections made. "What A Wonderful World 2025" was a testament to the power of art, unity, and self-discovery.
I eagerly anticipate the future and the opportunities it will bring as I continue to pursue my passion for art, mindfulness, and human connection.
